The Officina Meccanica Anzini was founded in 1977 in Busto Arsizio as a firm that works in repairs and accessories for textile machines. These are the main steps of our development:

- 1981  the production of textile calanders and of other machines for water the fabric began

- 1984  the new site in Olgiate Olona was built

- 1990  the Officina Meccanica Anzini was transformed in a limited company

- 1993  the officina meccanica Anzini acquired from Comerio Ercole the compressed cylinders division: machineries were installed into the factory in Olgiate Olona.

- 1996  the factory was extended. New machineries were acquired: all the production process has been carried out in the firm.

The current production includes: textile calenders, plants for the textile watering, coiling drums, compressed cylinders covered in cotton, wool paper, jute, steel cylinders and textile accessories. We also make grinding on cylinders, grinding on nylon sleeves for calenders and dynamic balancing on behalf of a third part. The main market is in Italy but since 1996 we have started to export abroad (Cyprus, India, Malta, USA, Thailand, Turkey ).
